Ok so today i was browsing the internet for some of the best delta shower faucet out there and I came across a simple site that nobody seems to ever go to.
Now this site was cool and was named something cheap dirt delta shower faucet or something like that, I can't remember, i alway sforget the long URL address names.
Anyway, they have been around for about 75 years, have 80 brands ( I doubt this) to choose from for delta shower faucets, and no sales taxes on the best delta shower faucets except if you live in the state of california.
They have a toll free 1-888 telephone number that you can call if you have questions or feel more comfortable ordering on the phone.
They alos have live costomer support where you can talk to a real life person on the internet.
They even have a tracking system when you place an order so you always know where your package is in the world (if they ship internationally), wow!
Return policies state ... uh let's ee here it says... you can return an item within 30 days of getting it for a full money refund. After that, there's a twenty percent penalty (meaning you get back 80% of the refund you paid). After 120 days, you get no refund, oh well bummer.
Refunds only occur if the problem resulted in the company site's error. You need some identification authority number, and if you installed the product, no refund period, owch.
They seem to ship your order through various mail carriers such as United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex (federal express?), and dhl , etc. Shipping charges are based on weight and they try to ship your order within 1 or 2 days (either regular days or business, I dunno which).
They accept all payment methods like "plastic" and hmm that's all it lists. No paypal or anything.
The only logo i see is from rate of biz but there isn't even a rating.
I think these guys have just started up their website newly and haven't a clue but they seem pretty legitimate. But i've never ordered from this company so I don't know if they're a scammer or not.
Their normal busines hours are from monday to friday, 8am to 5pm pacific time, and have are located in spring street, santa fe springs, CA (california state), zip code 90670.
